Fear is a powerful force that can separate us from the life God intends for us. The Bible is clear that fear is not from God: “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). To move from fear to love, we must rest in the promises of God. This journey requires renewing your mind, as Romans 12:2 instructs: “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Renewing your mind aligns your thoughts with God’s truth—what He has already declared—allowing you to experience His promises fully.

Resting in the Promises of God: Moving from Fear to Love
Why This Framework Works
The key to this framework is recognizing the truth of oneness: there is only I AM, the eternal nature of God reflected in every aspect of life. When you renew your mind to believe in the promises of God, you align with His oneness and plant seeds of love, peace, and abundance into your subconscious. Conversely, when you believe in separation, fear, or lies, you align with cursed beliefs (“antipromises”) that manifest undesirable outcomes. This process is neutral—a mirror that reflects your thoughts. As Proverbs 23:7 states, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
This framework works because:
Faith determines what you believe, whether in God’s promises or the lies of separation. Without faith in God’s Word, you default to faith in separation or carnal thinking.
Law reflects those beliefs in scripture, showing blessings for oneness and curses for separation. The Bible contains both to reveal the consequences of faith or lack thereof.
Grace manifests the fruit of your faith. It shows the predictable outcome of aligning with God’s promises or rejecting them.
Renewing your mind allows you to shift from carnal, fear-based thinking to spiritual oneness with God’s truth. This is the foundation for experiencing His promises. Importantly, this process hinges on understanding the eternal now: God’s promises are already fulfilled, and your role is to live in the end result—in the feeling of already having received what God has promised. As Psalm 23:1 declares, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
1. Healing
God’s promises of healing are clear throughout scripture. When you believe in God’s Word, you align with His power to heal and renew your body.
“I am the Lord that healeth thee” (Exodus 15:26).
“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases” (Psalm 103:2-3).
Renewing Your Mind for Healing:
Be Mindful of Your Current Belief: Observe how your external situation reflects your internal belief. Identify any alignment with fear or doubt.
Ask, Believe, and Receive: Follow Mark 11:24: “What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Ask for healing, believe it is done, and expect to receive it.
Meditate on the Promises: Read and reflect on healing scriptures daily, allowing them to saturate your mind and heart.
Change Your Mental Story: Replace any thoughts of illness with thoughts aligned with God’s promise of healing. Declare, “With His stripes, I am healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
Live in the End: Embody the consciousness of being healed. Feel gratitude and joy as if the healing has already manifested. Then take physical actions that reflect health, such as stretching, resting, fasting, or gently engaging in physical activity to gradually align your body with the healed state.
Why This Works:
When you embody the consciousness of healing, the neutral mirror of I AM reflects this belief back to you, manifesting wholeness and restoration. Just as fear multiplies illness, faith in God’s healing promises multiplies health and vitality. Your internal alignment with His Word creates a predictable outcome of healing.
2. Safety
God promises to be your protector in every situation. These scriptures emphasize His provision of safety:
“The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower” (Psalm 18:2).
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalm 91:1).
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord” (Isaiah 54:17).
Renewing Your Mind for Safety:
Be Mindful of Fearful Thoughts: Notice when thoughts of danger or insecurity arise. Recognize these as opportunities to renew your mind.
Ask, Believe, and Receive: Pray for God’s protection, believe you are already safe, and trust in His promises.
Meditate on Psalm 91: Let the words sink deeply into your consciousness as a shield against fear.
Change Your Mental Story: Replace fearful narratives with the declaration, “I dwell in the secret place of the Most High; I am safe under His wings.”
Live in the End: Rest in the feeling of being completely safe and protected. Imagine yourself shielded by God’s presence, and then take actions that embody this safety, such as stepping into situations with faith and calm assurance.
Why This Works:
When you embody the consciousness of safety, the neutral mirror of I AM reflects protection and peace back to you. Fear creates a feedback loop of insecurity, but faith in God’s promises breaks this cycle and ensures divine protection. Living in the assurance of His Word multiplies peace and security in your life.
3. Fulfilled Desires
God’s Word guarantees the fulfillment of your desires when you delight in Him:
“Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart” (Psalm 37:4).
“And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive” (Matthew 21:22).
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1).
Renewing Your Mind for Fulfilled Desires:
Be Mindful of Doubt: Notice if you are harboring doubt or impatience about your desires being fulfilled.
Ask, Believe, and Receive: Pray in alignment with Matthew 21:22, believing that your desires are already fulfilled.
Meditate on the Promises: Let scriptures about fulfilled desires guide your thoughts.
Change Your Mental Story: Shift your narrative from “I lack” to “I already have.” Declare, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1).
Live in the End: Embody the joy and satisfaction of already having your desires fulfilled. Then take steps that reflect this fulfillment, such as organizing your life for the blessings you’ve received or acting in alignment with the desires as though they have already come to pass.
Why This Works:
When you embody the consciousness of already having your desires fulfilled, the neutral mirror of I AM reflects this state back to you, multiplying joy and satisfaction. Just as doubt can create delay or lack, faith in God’s promises creates alignment and manifestation. Living in the end ensures the fulfillment of your desires.
4. Provision
God promises to supply all your needs when you trust Him:
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters” (Psalm 23:1-2).
“The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing” (Psalm 34:10).
Renewing Your Mind for Provision:
Be Mindful of Scarcity Thinking: Identify moments when you fear lack or insufficiency.
Ask, Believe, and Receive: Trust in God’s promise to provide and act as though your needs are already met.
Meditate on Abundance Scriptures: Focus on verses that declare God’s provision.
Change Your Mental Story: Replace scarcity thoughts with, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
Live in the End: Feel the peace and contentment of already having all your needs met. Act as though your needs are abundantly supplied by sharing, giving, or confidently making decisions that reflect trust in God’s provision.
Why This Works:
When you embody the consciousness of abundance, the neutral mirror of I AM reflects this state back to you, multiplying abundance in a feedback loop. Just as fear multiplies scarcity, faith in provision aligns with the truth of oneness and creates more of what you believe. This is why “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer”—your internal state determines what you experience externally. Aligning with God’s promises ensures sufficiency and abundance in every area of life.
5. Peace
God promises perfect peace to those who trust in Him:
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee” (Isaiah 26:3).
“The peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7).
Renewing Your Mind for Peace:
Be Mindful of Anxiety: Acknowledge moments of worry as opportunities to renew your mind.
Ask, Believe, and Receive: Pray for God’s peace, believing it is already yours.
Meditate on Peace Scriptures: Let these promises anchor your mind in calm assurance.
Change Your Mental Story: Replace anxious thoughts with, “The peace of God keeps my heart and mind” (Philippians 4:7).
Live in the End: Rest in the feeling of perfect peace, trusting that God has already taken care of everything. Then take actions that reflect this trust, such as handling situations calmly, spreading peace to others, or reframing challenges with faith-filled perspectives.
Why This Works:
When you embody the consciousness of peace, the neutral mirror of I AM reflects serenity and calm back to you. Fear and worry create cycles of distress, but faith in God’s promises breaks these cycles and establishes perfect peace. Aligning with His Word ensures unshakable tranquility in your life.
Conclusion
Resting in the promises of God begins with renewing your mind and living in the eternal now. The only time to shift your consciousness is now. Why can’t you feel heaven right now? Why aren’t you leveling up to new heights of the fruit of the Spirit in this very moment? The truth is that you are already doing correspondence, but most of us do it unconsciously through old programming and limiting beliefs. You can consciously choose to shift your focus, embody the promises of God, and align your actions with His truth.
Your job is not to create outcomes or amplify fear but to believe what God has already declared as true. When you consciously choose to embody faith, live in the end of His promises, and act from that state, you shift into alignment with His grace. Heaven, healing, peace, provision, and abundance are available right now. Meditate on His Word, declare His promises, and renew your mind daily to walk in the abundant life He has already provided for you.
